The adventure begins on the south end of town with brief educational stops at select landmarks as you make your way to the Blue River Rec Path. This one-of-a-kind trail is maintained year-round and features some of our nation’s most scenic views as it winds throughout Breck alongside the famous Blue River.

Your gang will glide along the path, eventually arriving at The Broken Compass Brewery. This watering hole is a popular destination among locals and visitors due to its tasty brews, laid back atmosphere, community-style seating, BYOF policy, on-site brewing operations and an impressive collection of old-school board games. Brewery tours are scheduled on arrival and a taster is included in with the fat bike tour package. Non-alcoholic beverages are provided for group members who are steering clear of the sauce, but everyone can still catch a buzz from coasting at almost 10,000 feet above sea level while surrounded by the incredible beauty of Breckenridge.
