Kick off our 5 Year Anniversary Weekend with this delicious 6-course beer pairing dinner with our incredibly talented friends at Modis! Tickets are $65 in advance and $75 at the door. They are available on our online store (store.brokencompassbrewing.com) and at Modis's downtown Breckenridge location! Hope you salivary glands are ready, here are the courses:

1st Course: Chicaronnes served with Paprika Aoili paired with Czech Pilsner
2nd Course: Prosciutto & Melon Salad paired with Belgian Golden Strong
3rd Course: French Onion Soup cooked with Foreign Export Stout
4th Course: Ceviche Tostada paired with Ginger Pale Ale
5th Course - Flat Iron Steak w/ Grilled Asparagus & Papas Bravas paired with a traditional German Dunkel
6th Course: Ice Cream Sammies paired with Coconut Porter
