Another potluck, another runaway winner.

This week's field, while significantly smaller than last week's raucous 32-dish fiesta, did not fail to bring the flavor.

Despite a field chalk full of dips and chilis, St. Gergin Shroomz dominated the night, collecting a staunch 43 points en route to the victory. Hailing from Jackson, WY, St. Gergin Shroomz were the creation of first time potlucker Andy (who by the way, has a pullout couch available for crashing on if you're looking to ski Jackson Hole).

Andy's Shroomz were a delight to behold, including nearly all of the key food groups: butter, garlic, bacon and lots and lots of cheese. All of these delicious grubs, including gruyere (whoa spell check says that's right?) and gorgonzola (that too?!?), stuffed into a delectable fungi shell also known as a mushroom, made St. Gergin's Shrromz one of the best dishes this potluck blogger has tasted at MNP. St. Gergin truly is a great man.

Desserts rounded out the top three, with Lucy's Vanilla Chai Muffins With Pecan Crumble and Chai Glaze posting 24 points for second place and Megan Drew's Moist Pumpkin Bread finishing third with 21. Not a bad way to wash down some Shroomz.
